This transmission mount seems off..

... The white ball part doesn't seem like it should be that low and its obvious there is a ring of nice and clean metal just above it. Can anyone confirm if this is potentially a blown mount?

That plastic ball is basically a 'safety' catch if the rubber mount fully fails. As long as the rubber section isn't falling apart or visually cracked, the mount is probably fine. There is definitely supposed to be some clearance there.
