Really like what Ripcord did on his vehicle. Getting ready to do big 3 and plan to replicate a lot of what he did. Is there anyone out there that makes a similar fuse block setup that you've come across?? Thanks!
Paranoid Fabrications makes a plate that goes farther back in the engine bay. I think it only fits if you have an 01/02, but maybe it fits with the earlier style evap canister.
Scarab is about to launch an under-hood fuse block platform, laser-cut from SS by NguyenWorks, I believe. It will attach to existing threaded locations and be distributed by Opt Off Road. There will be options - a bare mounting platform or populated with a fuse block from Blue Sea and cables. I had a couple screenshots from their IG Story about it but they seem to have been deleted. Pre-order was supposed to be very soon. Designed to fit all 3rd gen years and most Tacos up to 04 if i read it correctly.

Thanks Endlessblockades! I pulled the trigger on the Paranoid but I'm interested in what Scarab comes up with!

Let me know if the Paranoid Fabrications platform worked for you / what year your 4runner is. When I looked in my engine bay (2002) it didn't seem like it would fit but I'm curious of yours does.
It's the battery tie-down that ties the whole thing together
Turns out if you wheel hard enough you can break the top locking tabs off the Balistic Fab battery box. The lower part of that box is welded to the inner fender. I thought for sure there's no way it would ever fail. I was wrong. That tie down has been holding strong for a while now. lol
