Is this the owner selling? Very realistic price IMO, considering the owner managed to preserve it this well for 25 years. It looks like the interior and exterior have been looked after very well. 3RZ might need top end work at this mileage, but so will a 5VZ. It's all based on maintenance history.
At the end of the day it has been 25 years. I've put some serious work into preserving a 4Runner for that long as well, and the alternator still managed to fail just from sitting a few months too long. Time will take a toll and these are by no means just simple daily drivers anymore.
Now let's consider the spec of this truck. It's a 3RZ, which has a very fair cult following. The downside is that it is an automatic, so it has been a total dog since the day it drove off the lot. The engine and transmission might be good, but 260k is the point where your rear differential is plain worn out. Listen for whines and rumbles. Look for axle seal leaks.

We know. But is it the owner selling it on FB, or some random car flipper? Just something to take note of with used cars. Car flipper might indicate the vehicle had some issue and the flipper got it for junk value. Whether or not it was fixed properly is where you need to investigate.

Told ya. One family owned, that’s awesome. The rear cargo cover tells all.
I paid 2100 in 2020, and it was the opposite of loved. If it’s what you want at 5k I’d say do et. It’s clearly a clean, practically one owner. That’s the hardest part is to find any used car that’s been taken care of.

Limiteds are much nicer
Yes that is a well taken care of vehicle yet you should expand your search. here's a limited 2001, has lots of nifty features you may appreciate if being kept for a long time. I am biased yet I know what I have and enjoy the crxp out of it. For just a little more you're getting a lot more vehicle. Luck deciding.
Oh and don't believe the hype about 01/02 being 'bad', mine is all original at 340,000 miles, engine/trans/A-C, rear seals, master cylinder, all brakes have never failed or needed to be opened up.

Confused as to why you would bump your own action item. Did you buy the truck?

He started another thread asking all the same questions, posting all the same pics and info, so I assume not
I would be surprised if the truck actually exists, why would it still be for sale in this market/economy?
Feels trollish
