Someone is selling counterfeit eimkeith products!
This has been making the rounds on other platforms, and I’m just making sure it gets posted here too!
@ eimkeith
Only the real thing for me!
Buy straight from the man himself at eimkeith.com or a reputable shop like OPT OFF ROAD

Hey, thanks so much! you guys have been great - can't believe the support on the internet. I appreciate it; seeing my stuff without my logo on that Russian webstore was certainly a shock - you guys made my day with the responses.

so, as best I can discern through discussions with one end-user over there, the store has been reselling my parts (authentic parts) without authorization, and without credit - but they've now started marketing my 5th gen PCK as their own part - an exact copy without my logo - in their webstore (which makes sense, as it fits several current models)
here's what I'm talking about : Кронштейн переноса тяги панара (дроп бокс) СВАРКА Prado 120 Prado 150 4runner Fj cruiser 1
I'm doing my best to get IG and FB to remove their user accounts - the only real defense I can see is removing their ability to advertise to their clients on a private US-based social media platform.
Incidentally, the same company has ripped off Marlin Crawler and possibly SRQ/NWF as well, so far.

Sorry to hear that Keith. I didn't know the Russians did this sort of dirty crap but I guess they do. The Chinese are notorious for ripping off people's intellectual property. Just hope the Chinese don't start copying your stuff and selling it on Ebay and Amazon. That's what happened to my buddy Duane who makes the rear axle tools. Somebody sent over his design to China and now there's ripoff copies being sold all over the place, mostly Ebay. They undercut his prices which forced him to drop his so he could still attract people to buy from him. The only selling point he has over the Chinese Cork Soaker Ripoff A-Holes, is he can say his tools are the original Made in USA. I asked him if he could have gotten a patent for his design, but he said it's very expensive and difficult to get an international patent. So, he didn't get one.
This is pure and utter theft and it pisses me off. I hate thieves with a passion. One can only hope there is such a thing as Karma and somebody takes a huge dump on them one day.

Reminds me of a few years ago I saw a guy on AKFiles discover some random Russian website was downloading and using pictures of his rifles that he posted in order to sell plastic Bulgarian flash hiders for airsoft guns. Absolutely strange

Chinese have copied/stolen our products, that's one downside of selling on Amazon.

I've intentionally stayed away from Amazon and eBay for just that reason.
Unfortunately, I can't seem to convince Meta to step in and remove access to small American companies for these repeat offenders - we need social media for marketing, but it's also providing info, research, and opportunities for design theft.
No one can enforce trademark, copyright, or patent protection overseas, but we damn sure could remove the easy opportunity to rip off new products on US-based social media if Meta were at all concerned about it.

Agreed. Unfortunately the big boys (Amazon, Meta) could not care less about designers and manufacturers like us, that's not where their real money is coming from.
