Novice Needs Help - Alignment Questions

Hey gang,

For some reason, I am having a hard time wrapping my head around getting my 3rd gen alignment set up. I just installed a Dobinson lift kit on my 1999, replaced the lower ball joints and outer tie rods. I have some SPC UCAs sitting here, but I am really having a tough time wrapping my head around how to set them. I am a visual learner.

I have about 3 inches of lift up front and I am running 285/75r16s. Can anyone include pictures of:
- how the lower cam bolts should be adjusted? I have some cam eliminator plates and bolts sitting here but I think I might just use the OEM ones for now.
- How the SPC UCA should look set to the D setting?

If anyone is local to Indianapolis, pizza and beer on me for anyone who can stop by and lend a hand!
