Here's what I've noticed right now, while trying to sell my Sequoia and browsing T4r's for my friend. Yes, prices are way up, but people are poorer now, not richer. Not everyone has several thousand set aside for a private sale right now, but they could go to a used car dealer and finance a junk car.
One thing that's hurting you: What does the vehicle ACTUALLY need? You listed a ton of stuff that fall into the preventative category, which I wouldn't bother sharing on a listing. Example: You said "timing belt". Does the vehicle run? You said valve cover gasket. Is there a giant pool of oil in your driveway? Every old car leaks oil, I'd be suspicious if there was not an oil leak.
I would only include things broken with it, including previous damages (accidents, replaced parts, pink milkshake, rust, etc.). Don't scare away people by saying it needs preventative stuff.
