Lost a bracket bolt- can someone tell me the thread pitch or PN

I had this irritating rattle and I tracked it down to a bolt, or more precisely the lack of one. It screws into the side of my 3RZ engine (passenger side), and it's a bit difficult to get replacements for since I have nothing to go off of.

Here is a link to the photo of the missing bolt if image breaks

Probably an 8 or 10mm with 1.25 pitch.

And if not 1.25, then 1.5. Maybe a 12mm
I'd put money on it being a combination of those 4 details. I'd just go to a hardware store and snag a variety to check and see. Or similarly see if a nearby bolt fits in there for reference. Chances are there's another one around somewhere on the vehicle

Which part is that bolts to it? I can see the bolt threads into the engine block but is that plastic piece part of the air box?

Its a bracket that holds the engine harness in place. It's probably the same specs used for the bolts that hold the airbox to the side of the engine.

Can you match up the bracket to the one that is missing on your bracket? As this is maybe the diagram that you are for.

The bolt is M8x15, 1.25 thread. I just pulled one off my '99 3rz; it's still warm in my hand.

The factory bolt has a flat washer that can't be separated - the washer was installed on the bare bolt and then the threads were rolled on - so just get a 15 or 16mm bolt and add your own washer. It's not a critical bolt so any old M8 bolt will do.

Revision: I found the part number: 91642-C0814. (from page 2 of the Wiring Clamp diagrams) So its length is 14mm. I had measured the bolt I took off in the standard way one measures a bolt's length, from the underside if the head. Apparently, Toyota measures bolts with affixed washers from the underside of that washer.

Lamentably, you may find that the aftermarket bolt has 13mm flats, whereas the factory item has 12.

As an aside, I've never had any luck finding M10x1.25 bolts in hardware stores or Loews or Home Depot. There are, in my experience, very few instances of M10x1.5 thread on Japanese-made vehicles, yet that's what's commonly retailed in the US. Ditto for M12.
