Snowbound Customs Review (Positive)

I just wanted to give a quick review of Snowbound Customs. Clicked on their site from a Timmy video to see what they sell and saw they sell shock skids. I liked the idea and decided to order a a pair for my 1996 4Runner.

I am impressed with their customer service. I have dealt my fair share of small shops and sometimes it takes a day or two to get a question answered and it takes a while to ship something. Before I ordered I emailed them a question and had a reply within an hour. I placed my order 2 days ago at 12:15pm and by 12:55pm they had already sent me a tracking number. They were on my doorstep before noon today.

I am not ready to install them yet as I am just finishing up my front end and won't be working on rear end for another couple weeks but they look good. I ordered them early because I thought it might take a while to get them but needless to say I was surprised to get them so quick. I know nothing more about these guys then what I experienced but so far they have made a good first impression.
