Hmm. Where they 15 or 16 inch?

I can tell you these fit. As they have 199 mm calipers[TBU] under them. Maybe some do not. As I am not certain

They were 16's. It seemed like it barely didn't clear the caliper, so I wonder if it was a caliper casting thing. I could have probably shaved the caliper slightly to get it to clear, but I decided to just pick up a nice set of 5-stars instead

Ok. So this confirms some r16 rims will not fit the 199mm TBU rotors. Good to know.

I can confirm that as well lol. I have slowly been rebuilding my whole front end. I originally bought 4runner rotors and pads and had no plans to do the upgrade because I didn't want to buy new calipers. I found out that one of my calipers had a seized pin and it was ruined. At that point I figured why not if I needed new calipers. I went with the 199mm because I read it was more plug and play.

I finally got the brakes in a short while ago. I haven't had anyone around to help me bleed them so I hadn't tried to put the tires back on. Last night I was browsing the forums and I came across this thread. I knew I was screwed. I went out to the garage and yep the caliper is too big for the r16 wheels.

Lucky I bought some F5s a while ago. They will go on when I get new tires. But for now I am still a ways off from getting my rig back on the road and am not ready for tires. I just ordered some 1/4" spacers and am hoping that will allow me to get the tires back on so I can start working on the rear.

I got a used late 1st gen Tacoma / early 1st gen Tundra 16" aluminum wheel to use as my spare. I figure the wheel that was designed to fit over Tundra brakes would fit over Tundra brakes. No rusting under the truck either!
