Maybe someone can chime in with other setups but this is what I have:
I run the Eibachs in the front with the 4Runner specific 5100s. Amazing ride + I have around 1.8-2.0 of lift. It would be around 2.5" if I didn't have my bumper. Highly recommend them, they're great. Give em a look, maybe you'll like them. If you're wanting to keep stock height, maybe look at the 880 OME coils or some '99 Talls.
