Clunking Noise from Driver's Side Front Wheel (VIDEO)

Got a clunking noise coming from the driver's side front wheel whenever I go over a speed bump, pothole, or any uneven surface. I shot a video on my GoPro but couldn't find any anomaly when I drove around the block.

Bilstein 5100s and OME 880 springs are less than 3 years old with less than 10k miles. LBJs are replaced in the last year. LCA and UCA are OEM.

Here's the link to the video, ignore the first 30 seconds: Front Wheel Clunk - YouTube

Sounds like a loose bolt/nut, Do you have the metal plate ("t" shaped) and "W" shaped spring holding the brake pads tight?

I highly doubt it because OME coils aren't as thick, BUT with my Tundra coils I had a clunk for a while that I couldn't find whatsoever before it mysteriously went away. Then last month when switching to Toytec/Eibachs I found out the drivers side coil was just barely kissing the UCA bolt sleeve during its compression, and the noise disappeared because after some time the coil wore a flat spot on the sleeve and clearanced itself. Like I said it's probably not the cause but it wouldn't hurt to pull the strut and check it out if you can't see back there already.

If you can lift the truck where that wheel is off the ground, take a crowbar or 2x4 for leverage and use it under the tire to create a simulated bumpy road. Better if some else does that, while you listen for where the clunk is coming from.

I checked that, and it was nice and solid. Not wiggling at all.

Tbh I can’t recall since I did the TBU 4 years ago. The pads are still at around 70%. I think given the time since they were installed, I should probably replace my brakes soon, so I’ll be sure to check. I have always put the shims and anti-squeal clips in, and I didn’t see either one of those parts hanging loose.
