Alternator Tensioner Part#?

Stupid problem, the alternator tensioner is flat out seized, the bolt is rusted beyond hope of recovery.

I am totally failing to find the part number for it on any toyota site. Anyone got any idea of what it is before I drag the actual rusty bolt to a dealer?

Rummaging through my scattered Excel files since my computer crashed for part #s, I think it is # 90119-08493. Only about 90% sure. It lists for $2.10 but good luck getting that price.

Nice work. The reason it is so hard to find is that TOYOTA has listed these parts in the "RADIATOR & WATER OUTLET," category, and not somewhere sensible like "Alternator". I looked and couldn't find them for this reason (until I actually HAD the number.).

Both the diagram and the description give you no clue that those parts go to the alternator. I bet more than a few parts counter guys would get stumped on this one.

Thanks for this - my dealership parts guy couldn't find it either, so I searched the forum while on hold and popped right up. He said "how the hell did you find that?"

My bolt was rusted and snapped off while loosening. I had to apply some heat to get the rest of the bolt out of the studded block that it screws into, the I ended up getting a bolt from the hardware store to replace the broken one because I didn't have a day to wait for Toyota.

If anyone needs it, it is M8x1.25 and 80-90mm long. I think I used the 80.

I just wanted to thank everyone who contributed here. I just got back from the dealership and they couldn’t find it. Now I at least have the part numbers for the bolts. Does anyone have the part number for the block that the bolts go into? I have kind of a bush fix that’s holding for now but it’d be a load off my mind to get the actual part. No pick and pulls around here these days
