HVAC Blend Door Actuator P/N??

I took my 4runner to get the AC fixed earlier this summer. The mechanic after looking at it said the "blend door actuator" was missing so I can't switch from heat to AC. He said to come back later in the fall to get the heat turned on. Well I would rather just source this part and install it myself. Does anyone know the part I'm talking about and the part number? Rock Auto was zero help.

87106-35070. Confirm it by adding your Vin in the Toyota parts catalog.

Actuator 87106-J? Easy Spray-On Solution?

My 2004 V8 Ltd has an odd movement on the passenger side 87106-J or -L actuator. I pulled the glove box out and watched a white plastic object very gently and barely audibly spin back a few mm, then forward a few mm, over and over. It's been doing that for months, and yeah, no cold air on the drivers side. Figure it is the blend door actuator.

The actuator does look like it is the -J because it is mounted like an old fashioned computer hard drive - vertically in a metal cage.

It's just odd that it would do this. Is there some kind of default calibration that I can activate by pulling a switch or fuse?
