Yes that one is done.

I do you rear two you are going to have to loosen the others so you can lift enough to change them.. :-)

I might be more worried about the mount and rust? that is kind of a lot of cancer? none of that stuff is coming off without fire and a lot of bacon.

you can still get a lot of the toyota body mounts

the big bolt 5221735030 BOLT, BODY MOUNTING
4 little bolts for the mount to frame 9164281025 BOLT, W/WASHER
5220935011 CUSHION SUB-ASSY, REAR END BODY MOUNTING, UPPER
9020110099 WASHER, PLATE
9418401001 NUT

frame parts
5170935030 BRACKET SUB-ASSY, BODY REAR END MOUNTING
5170635030 BRACKET SUB-ASSY, CAB MOUNTING, NO.3 LH

I would bet with a little digging you can find the frame brackets, but that will be some welding on the frame.

Same
In my opinion and experience, the one inch body lift helps not only with clearance issues, tires and suspension components, but keeps aftermarket bumpers at bay

Universal definitely is not the right choice here. You can get the rear body mount by itself in a direct-fit application... Or a full set of poly mounts.

Grease wherever metal touches poly or poly touches poly.

This is currently a concern of mine so it was nice to find this recent(ish) thread, thanks for all the info! Mine sounds like this over mildly rough tarmac: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4T1snelKf2Y&feature=youtu.be

I would like to find or create a part number list for rubber replacements, though the OEM parts are available it seems like they're insanely expensive from a dealer, I'm sure Febi must have some alternatives.
