BLACK | 15X8 | 6X5.5 | 4.25 BORE | -19
what do these sizes mean? How does that correlate to the tire size?
Other questions...anyone recommend a reasonable set of black wheels? Most i find cost between $85-$250 each. Also, right now, the tires are basic Good years, and have less than a year left. We will be upgrading these to some good all terrains too.

Those are 15 inches in diameter (corresponds to the number after the "R" in the tire size), 8 inches wide.
6x5.5 is the same as 6x139.7 which is the correct bolt pattern.
4.25 inch bore is about 108 mm. You need 106 mm bore for it to be hubcentric.
-19 is the offset. Here's an explanation of offset:

Unless you have a base model 4Runner (not an SR5 or Limited) then most 15 inch wheels will not work. You will need 16 inch wheels or larger. Factory wheel size is 16x7.
