I wanted to share some of the things I put together from the different post on endlinks. I am in no means to copy anyone ideas but with all the different off-roader sites that offer builders parts, you can build your own endlinks. The front endlinks are custom links that Steinjager (
1996-2002]Products End Links For Front Sway Bar Chrome Moly Rod Ends Base Model )had me field test for them in 2018 and they have worked out great. The setup is different from the ones that are out there and the setup never interfered with any front end suspension parts like the CV axles and lower control arms. The rear uses the hex tubing from Steinjager with FK rod ends and poly bushings. When you build the endlinks yourself they may cost more, than when you buy a set from different companies. I chose to build them myself, so I can pick and chose the parts that go in to endlinks.
The Rear upper and lower control arms that I put together are custom 7075 aluminum bar from Wideopen Design (
7075 Aluminum Link Bars. Best Turnaround in the Industry - Wide Open Design ) links and rod end kits that include everything you need to build your own control links.
Hopefully this helps anyone that would like to build there own parts with out using a welder.
