Question LED headlights and LED driving light issue

I have LED headlights installed and a set of LED driving mounted on ARB bumper. I was hoping to use the existing wiring and switch on the turn signal stalk to turn the driving lights on and off. But, it didn’t work. All that happened was turning the driving lights on changed my headlights to high beams and turning them off went back to low beams without the driving lights coming on. I know that the driving lights work because I checked them.
Do I need to change a relay or something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as there are a lot of people on this forum that are way smarter than me.

There is a relay harness for our 3rd Gen that makes our wiring conventional instead of Toyota switching the grounds around.

I got mine from Amazon I think.

Things can get funky there - the high beam indicator is powered through the low beam filament, the grounds are switched (common positive) on non-DRL trucks but opposite on DRL trucks, etc. So, we need more information to be able to help you here...

Were the driving lights connected to the fog light harness? What year is your truck and did it originally have DRLs? Do you have any extra harness for the LED lights, any load resistors, etc?

Thank you for the reply. I apologize for being ignorant, but I’m not sure what I’m looking for. I will search some more.

Truck is a 99 Limited 2wd. Does not have DRLs. I haven't changed anything on the wiring harness.
