Rear fender flare removal

Hi guys,

I’ve found some rust up under my wheel wells around the rear quarter panels.
I’m wanting to fix this but was hoping to remove the rear fender flares so I could get a good look in there and see how bad it is.
Does anyone know how to get these off?
Seems there are rivets underneath the flare but there’s definitely something else somewhere.

It's clips and maybe a bolt. I pulled limited flares off quite a while ago off one of my rigs.

See if this helps. Most are are just push pins, but there is a rivet at each of the two circled areas, which you can see by looking inside the wheelwell. Drill out the rivets, then start prying away.
