SR5 Rear Door Flare Clips

Gents, I have an SR5 with the black plastic flares on it. I cannot, for the life of me, find the clips that are required to bolt the rear door piece on to the door. Anyone have a part number or a source for these clips (or even something similar that will work?)

Pics below from an e-bay listing for the rear door part.

The black "skinny" flares were not factory installed (port/dealer instead), so you will have trouble finding a part number for those. They are a funky little part, so an aftermarket analog will be difficult too.

Good luck!

I have notifications on for 3rd 4Runners that show up at the local yards. If one pops up with these flares, I'll reach out and get them for you. If you need them sooner, which it sounds like you do, look around on Car-Part.

Everyone really at this point should be saving bolts, flares fenders etc and put the unused parts up for sale. Granted , shipping is rough maybe 3rd class mail is more affordable.

I've never looked at this site, I appreciate you checking your local yards... seems like a very rare find these days unfortunately!

Hey boss - I need 8 of them, but I actually just located two sets of four on ebay. They're rusted to all hell, not completely confident in them, but it's better than nothing. If you have anything that looks like it wasn't at the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, I'd gladly pay ya for a backup!

I literally threw away my bag of 4Runner hardware from when I took the old front end off my 4Runner in place of a donor because "I'll never need this stuff again, I'll just get new hardware!....." Famous last words! Now that my wife has had brain surgery and can't ride in the RZR anymore, the 4Runner is our main source of vehicular fun and I'm restoring it to her glory days.

It happens. I used to do that. Now. It's hmm. I think I have some of these. Where do I put those pieces... well, that is a least for what I do.

Never seen them new only used. They were dealer installed and I think they were manufactured in Canada. I searched high and low when i got rid of the thin chrome flares and found an incomplete set of the black flares locally Eventually found the rest used on eBay. I even searched for it on fastener sites and never found that specific clip
