Power Steering Fluid Flow Direction?

About two years ago I replaced my radiator, plus added a transmission cooler and a Magnefine 3/8" Magnetic Inline Transmission/Power Steering Filter. I also flushed the power steering fluid using Timmy's excellent YouTube video as a guide. I've got a '99 SR5, auto trans.

Since the Magnefine filters are inexpensive on Amazon, $24.65, I thought I'd replace the one for the transmission -- but then move the older filter to the power steering line to clean that up. Can't do any harm.

My question: what direction does the fluid flow? I've added a photo of the line coming out of the power steering reservioir, next to the air filter box. That's where I plan to add the filter. At this point, does the fluid flow INTO the reservoir, or OUT of the reservoir? The Magnefine filter is specific about the direction the fluid needs to flow through the filter, so I want to make sure I get it right.

Thanks.

That's the low pressure return line, fluid is flowing into the reservoir from the steering rack. Going up.

Thanks for the replies. Glad I asked the question, since I would have guessed wrong. (And it's not the first time the combined expertise on this forum has saved me from doing something stupid.)
