Yes, the TJM instructions were decent. On a 2000 t4R, the air conditioning pressure line that touched the bumper may be in a different location and the small cut I had to make in the TJM bumper therefore might not be necessary.
I'll note that, as I understand it, cutting and welding is required for a *full strength* install of the ARB bull bar, but others have done it skipping the welding and just cutting the frame ends. Supposedly it's not as strong in case of winching if you skip the welded frame inserts with the ARB.

What do you think about just going to a local 4x4 company and buying the bumper from them? That is, if I wanted to hire out the installation? It may cost a bit more for the bumper itself, but maybe cheaper or no cost for shipping? Thoughts on that?
