What will I need for a fuel pump, sending unit, and Magnaglow catback job?

I'm going to be having some parts installed and I want to make sure I have everything I need.

I'm going to have a local shop install a new fuel pump and sending unit. I get parts from McGeoerge so I need to make sure I'll have all of the necessary parts to get the job done. Here's where I'm at so far.

Fuel pump 23221-46010
Fuel pump filter 23217-46090
Sending unit 83320-35590
Fuel pump tank seal 77169-60010

Will I need a new suction tube assembly (77203-35461) or is that unnecessary?

Can you think of anything else I'll need to have for the shop?

I'm also going to have them install the Magnaflow Overland catback while it's on the lift getting that work done. What do I need for this job? It should come with gaskets but I thought I read somewhere that people needed an 02 sensor seal while installing the Overland system. Maybe someone can verify that for me. I don't remember if or when I read that.

It's also time for new tires. I'm either going with the Vrederstein Pinza AT, the new Cooper Road+Trail AT, or the Falken Wildpeak AT3W in 265/75R16, so a lot of fun things are coming for my 4Runner!

Thanks in advance.

I would say on top of everything you have, make sure the shop checks the lines going to and from the gas tank and filler hose to make sure there isn't any cracked hoses.

I'm about to tackle dropping the fuel tank on my 2001 and replacing a bunch of 20+year old items but my gas tank components differ a little more than the earlier models.

For tires, I have the Falken Wildpeak AT3W in 265/75/16 and I really like these tires. They look good, perform very well and wear very good too.

Yeah, I'm sure things may naturally come up as they work on it, but hopefully nothing breaks. I called McGeorge and the parts guy recommended a new clip for the fuel pump filter sock, and installing a fuel pump cushion. I decided to have them install a new suction tube assembly; it might be a waste of money, or maybe not. I want to fix my hot start issue and I've never had an accurate fuel gauge.

I made an appointment for next Monday to have some Falken Rubitreks installed. I don't do much offroad so I think they'll be better for me over the AT3Ws. $745 installed and including tax. They look good and are a good value at that price.

I wouldn't say that's a waste of money.

Might as well replace everything you can while you are in there for a peace of mind.
