When was last time trans fluid was drained/filled? If over 30K, I'd start there, reset codes and drive again.

Real nice looking Rig!
The first dealer(dealer maintained since i drove it off the lot in 97') i took it to did the Transmission service to it. around here the dealers don't like to work on older trucks..
The indies are just as expensive.
thank you

hey there,
Thanks for the reply. solenoid B? i'll do that.. I believe there are 3 of them i had one replaced about a year ago..hope it didn't go bad.I wish i was like some of you guys with space and friends who seem to have lifts in their garages.
I remember i had the 4WD go out on me while i was in some snow fooling around- then it too quit. it was another Solenoid.

If you end up changing the solenoids, best to stay with Toyota parts. They are kinda important. It's not a hard or time intensive repair as it only involves draining the transmission fluid, removing the pan, removing the filter and then replacing the solenoid in questions. One wire clip and one 10mm bolt and it's out.

Hey,
Thanks for the reply. I always stay with Toyo parts regardless of what it is.right down to the $2k i spent on a genuine Toyo Cat for my exhaust. According to the dealer i got it from it's supposed to be the last one in the country. 2 years ago.It was the deciding factor on whether or not i keep the truck.

With the current issue im hoping it's a solenoid that the dealer missed. this time it's going to a Trans place.
Might you have a reference on where i might find the Part numbers for them.. i would replace all 3 if i replace one.

** i think i found PN'S thanks.
