Installed new after market front bumper. Need load resistors installed.

So I just had a new bumper installed and now I need to install some load resistors for the rapid blink issue caused by switching to LED lights. The questions I have are where to install them and which wires to connect them to. Also if you have done this job, where did you mount the resistors themselves?

or you can get the flasher that is rated for LED's. Thats what I did, I replaced all my flashers , brake bulbs, back up bulbs and parking bulbs to LED. got it at NAPA..maybe someone will chime in wth part number

however...dont replace your third brake light ( up high) with an LED as that will trigger your ABS light to come on. and as far as the ABS light coming on, it will come on if your stock bulb burns out....the ABS needs that resistance and why its wired in wiht that light is beyond me.

I got some Morimoto load resistors from theretrofitsource and just installed them on the body right behind and underneath the headlights. You just wire them in parallel with the turn signal wiring and you should be good to go. Will only work for the front tho. If you install led turn signal bulbs in the back it will still hyperflash.

It's really easy to replace the flasher with an LED friendly one. Seems that most chain parts stores have them. With the LED rated flasher, you can change any/all of your signal bulbs to LED w/o further flasher-related trouble.

Another vote for a $10-15 flasher relay. See Tim's video
