Pretty much have 2 options for parts:
Install the matching front Moogs and hope they don't sag over time
Or
Install used OEM rears from a junkyard or part out and hope they aren't already saggy
I would do the front moogs and be done.
At 400k+ I replaced my front springs with Moogs and the ride got much better.
