Parts list for replacing stock suspension?

I have a 2002 with a bit of a sag in the rear. I figured it’s probably time to replace the stock suspension. I don’t off road and I don’t want a lift, just replace the stock for a smooth ride. What parts do I need?

I am also running Sequoia 17s and Falken Wildpeaks.

I see rock has a Monroe suspension kit for front and back for a little over 200 bucks. Would that be decent for around town driving?

Or should I just go with Moog spring and 4 KYB gas adjust or OEM shocks?

Also, is the install pretty straightforward Or should I let my mechanic handle it?

I’m not a fan of either brand you listed. KYB is decent oem shock replacement. For coils maybe try:

1999-2002 Toyota 4Runner Coil Spring (Left, Right, Rear) 48231-35200 | Ourisman Toyota of Richmond Online Parts

They have the spring seat and shock listed in the “also purchased” section.

Also consider the replacing the rear will show how bad the front setup may be… so be prepared to change those out too.

I also know a lot of folks are happy with bilstein setups that stay close to oem ride heights and quality.

@DWilliam Check out Timmy the Toolman's DIY vids to determine if you want to tackle job or not.
How long do you intend to keep Runner? What your budget?
The $200 kit probably good for 60k+- mi with other stuff needing replaced in the mean time.
Going with list jgue467 posted your good for 200k+ mi nothing else needing to be done
cost is substantially more.

nice list
however it looks like you listed the highlander springs to get that 1 inch extra lift from factory, . But for the front they are 48131-35400 blue yellow pass side, ( however you look up in some catalogs it says for both sides)
but
48131-35350 blue purple driver side ( to compensate for the extra weight of driver, battery and fuel tank all on that side.) and is listed only for left side.

Not to thread jack but I install stock OE '99 Tall springs on my 2002 4Runner and still have a bit of a drivers side lean despite 100% new everything on this list.

I see that someone specified front "Blue Yellow" for passenger side. I have my blue yellow on drivers side, and red yellow on passenger side.

Could this be the source of my lean and is there ANY formal documentation on this? I've looked and looked.

Not a trivial switch is why I ask before I go and do it...

Thanks in advance - and to the OP, yes, just replace all of it. Totally worth it.
