Can the abs & trc & vsc computer blow the efi fuse?

So my Supercharged 01 4Runner SR5 Auto will start and run great for hours, it revs fine but won't move, then it blows the efi fuse after a few feet.

I suspect that the ABS & TRC & VSC computer has melted after years of beeping. This problem first occurred during a night of spirited snow driving and lots of beeping.

I'm looking for the wiring diagrams but they have proven difficult to find via google for free. If someone could point me in that direction I'd be grateful.

Question is does the ABS & TRC & VSC computer get power from the efi fuse?

Thanks

edit: Found the FSM, still open to suggestions though

It looks like the efi fuse is for cruise control, transmission controls/indicators, engine control and the immobilizer control. Do you have an aftermarket auto start system installed?
