Instructions for cleaning out the air conditioning blower motor making noise at speed

Where can I find step-by-step instructions for accessing and removing the air conditioning blower motor?

It's making a lot of noise at the higher rotation speeds.
I have the non-SR5 base 2WD interior as shown in the photo below.

Where do I start?
