I already have the front feet 3M adhesive down, so I’m hesitant to remove the whole rack. But I got some urethane edge sealer, do you think if I just took the bolts out and put some of this in the hole and then replaced the bolts through the goopy urethane there, that would seal it up?

They're supposed to be including RTV in the kits now when you buy it vs having to go get your own. Plenty of video's out there showing how to seal the factory holes during installation.
I posted another thread this past week asking for long term reviews as I can see where dirt can really get in under the feet and the front feet require cutting making yet another hole for dirt to get into.

The front feet didn’t require any cutting for me. It’s just attached via 3m adhesive pad. They include thread locker with the install kit, is that RTV? I used that, I just don’t know how waterproof it’s going to make it because it was just on the threads of the bolt, seems like water could still make it through
