Help Please! 3rd Gen Ignition / Fuel Problem

Hi Guys! This is literally my fourth 3rd Gen T4R - I'm a very big fan of the 3rd Gen T4R's! The short version of the story is this one I now have around 300K miles on it & it floods and stalls instantly for some reason. I took it to my mechanic and he says that fuel is being sent to the cylinders too fast and its causing it to flood. He replaced the Fuel Injectors + Crank Shaft Position Sensor + the Throttle Position Sensor + the ECM and it is still happening. The Mechanic literally gave up on trying to solve it and said he would give me my money back. Now it is at mechanic #2 and he has the same diagnosis, but hasn't given up yet. Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated please?

*There is a longer more detailed story but I'm afraid that will just confuse everyone..

If the ECM was replaced, how was it programmed for the immobilizer (Limited should have it...)? If it 'stalls' at the same time, every time (about 1 second), it is the immobilizer shutting the engine off.

Charlie, thank you very much for that input, I did not know the T4Rs even had an in-mobilizer. Would the Factory Service Manual have instructions on how to reprogram it?

'00-'02 Limiteds had an immobilizer (which is separate from the alarm system...). If you have the 'fat' keys, you have the immobilizer - not just the plastic body key, but the 'fat' plastic body keys.

I haven't looked through the FSM for any programming procedures (not needed for my SR5).
