Both the front and rear 5th gen shocks are too long for a 3rd gen. Use the correct length rear shocks - you are likely bottoming out the shocks and causing a harsh ride, damaging the shocks and mounts at the same time.
The springs are a decent fit/option, though not perfect. (rears are too short ad a bit large diameter on the bottom and the fronts are a bit stiff unless you have added weight)
