Random part found when removing skid plate

What is this part I found lying on the skid plate when I removed it? It's plastic.

Wild guess: Part of a VSV from emissions control.

Thanks for the reply. I did find out where it goes. On drivers side below evap canister area. There's two of them. Seems like some type of muffler. Not really sure, but I put it back on and seems to stay put so far.

Its is the air filter for the ADD vacuum switches. Keeps the VSV clean when releasing vacuum... good you were able to find it - I'm missing one...

Thanks for the help! It is indeed the air filter for the ADD vacuum switches. Popped that one back on no problem. Still missing one.

Funny, I had posted the same thing about a month ago and thought someone was replying to my original post. Didn't realize if was a different post. Thanks for explaining what it is and glad u found where it belongs as well.
