235/80R17 Tires and New Wheels

I'm looking to put Falken Wildpeak A/T3W's in 235/80R17 on my 2002 4Runner and I have a few questions.

1. Will they fit stock?
2. Am I going to need to change the offset of the wheels to something other than stock? (~15mm 2002 Toyota 4Runner - Wheel & Tire Sizes, PCD, Offset and Rims specs | Wheel-Size.com)
3. The specified max wheel width for the tires is 7.5. There are not a lot of wheels out there that are 7-7.5 wide. There are the TRD wheels and the "OE Wheels Replacement Wheels" which have the right diameter and width and a similar offset. Does anyone know of other options? Particularly does anyone know of an option that wont interfere with the Tundra brake upgrade?

Thanks.

Yeah, I actually went with the AT3Ws in 235/85R16. I found a screaming deal on them and I get to use my original rims (which fit the Tundra Brake upgrade). It's more sidewall which on an LT tire is useful when airing down.

I understand that the AT4Ws are not quite as good in the snow and that's really important to me. That plus I got the tires for $174/tire (all in), made the decision easy for me. FWIW, SimpleTire.com is the place where I picked them up. Go to the chat and ask them to give you a deal and they will take ~$40 off which basically covered my taxes.

Thanks.

Makes sense - killer deal. I went with 255/85/16 C but they were a good bit more $ and I don't deal with snow.
