Rear spring sag
I installed standard strength lift springs in the back when I lifted my truck but now I have a drawer system and bumper with a tire carrier and the rear sits about an inch lower than the front. IT rides great but I hate the sag. can I get away with 1 1/2" spacers in back or is it better to go up a strength on the rear springs? I really don's want to stiffen up the ride, just make it more level.

I did the spring spacers to fix saggy stock springs years ago, I did not like the ride.

Spacers will inherently provide a stiffer/harsher ride quality and I would not recommend them. I personally have had them before and for being cheap on price you get what you pay for. If you have the funds for a different spring setup, that's what I would recommend.

I have 10mm OME trim packers in the back... but that's only 0.4" or so - not what you are looking for. More than that will likely not really be what you want.
There are plenty of spring options for carrying heavier weight.

OME 861 are probably what you want. This is a Landcruiser spring and a lot of folks with a setup like yours run them. The Toytec 9602HD-P springs might also work for you. They are 240 lbs/in spring rate. The non-HD coils are 195 lbs/in.

I have the ome 861, it's a stock length EXTRA weight spring +250lbs, it gave me a 5 inch lift! I'm thinking the 851 is what your looking for. It's the stock weight up to 110 lbs front lc80 springs.
I have a constant 320lbs, I added 360lbs of concrete and it only compressed the spring 1/2 and inch. I'm sitting at 25.5 inches hub to fender.

Yep, I was talking about me. Anyway, When you add a bunch of whatever to the back of a 4runner sagging happens. Get stiffer springs.
