Part number help - need PRNDL switch on side of transmission
2001 4wd. I just paid a shop to do a rear main seal (mistake) and they broke the PRNDL switch connector on the passenger side of the transmission. I think I found the pigtail for the harness 90980-11784, but I can’t find the part number for the switch itself that bolts into the side of the transmission and don’t have access to a FSM.

That's the neutral safety switch... You can find the connector by itself from various vendors that do wiring for motor swaps, etc. (it matches some years of Supra, so it is well supported)

Texmax posted the right switch (confirm w/your vin) that is the neutral start switch/PRNDL switch.
Ballenger motorsports carries connectors as well as corsa technic.
This one is from kaizen fab:
PRNDL connector (confirm it matches the prndl plug)

Yeah I think you're right. The image in that link has a connector that doesn't match mine but it could be an earlier version of the switch, and per the VIN that's the right part.
Thanks all for the help!
Edit: It looks like there are two versions, and I THINK they break at the 00/01 model year. All the Toyota sites say both will fit, but 84540-30270 definitely has a different connector than mine does. It looks like the right PN for my 2001 is 84540-30320.

Yeah, there are two versions of the switch/connector for the 4Runner. There may be others on other A340x versions.

I have a new 84540-30270 neutral switch sitting in front of my now (for my 2000). After looking at the plug this connecter looks like it.
Connector
But I'm assuming kaizen is not in the US.

Adding this. Forgot I have a 2000 wiring diagram. The neutral switch connector is labeled P1. I looked in the back for part # of connector and came up with 90980-11332
Toyota parts deal
Can't confirm if it fits a 01, but looks like my connector for my 00.
Pic from the wiring diagram.
Edit added pics of my 84540-30270

Thanks y'all. When I get it all buttoned up sometime early January I'll confirm part numbers for my 2001 since it's a little confusing.
