On some aftermarket alarms you can hold down the lock and unlock buttons and it goes to silent mode. I'm 8hrs from home right now or I'd try it.

1. open any door

2. hold down the unlock button...and dont let go...it will beep normally, and then it will beep again twice...

3. then push "window down" for down or "lock" for up and adjust your sound...WHILE HOLDING DOWN UNLOCK THE WHOLE TIME!

not much of a diff tho...ima try a few more things

Actually that is a lot better than what mine was set at. Don't get me wrong, no sound at all would be great, but I will settle for this.

Wow.

It was SO simple.

Disconnect the chirper from its electrical connector.

Done.

The lock/unlock still works and flashes, but no annoying chirp. Its under the hood to the far left.

LOL it was sooooo easy, if you can't find it on your own I will take pics soon. Not tomorrow as I am going to be busy, but soon.

Guess I'm too late for this thread. Oh well, here's my write up on YT about disabling the chirp :

Glad you were able to figure out how to kill the chirp by yourself. I hate that annoying chirp too.
