regearing...

i plan on getting the 3" OME coil lift from ToyTec and then upgrade to 285/75/15 ATs. do i need to regear? what are the pros and cons if i did or didnt?

well that depends on you, the driver.

i have the 2.5" OME on my 02 and 285's and i decided to regear because my rear diff was shot and it was only a few hundred more to go to 4.56's while it was open. if you have 4.10's then unless you notice a BIG difference ( you wont notice that big of one) then just leave them in until you decide you want a locker(s)

He's already locked in the rear so I would just leave it alone since 285s won't be too much for the stock 4.10s is what you should have.
