Gas measure

How many gallons from full to the line before the E?
I get 199 to 215 miles from full to that line
Or is there another way to measure your mpg in the 3rd gen.
Any ideas?

I personally know that I can get about 230 before filling up. Each truck is going to be different. I do not go by the fuel guage, I just go by my odo.

I went to the bay and back and it was 93 miles each way so almost 190 miles and I used only half tank.

About 21-23 mpg, thats not bad for a v6 with luggage.

Divide your mileage by gallons you fill up with each time;most in the city you should see 16-18 and 20-23 on the highway.
