Question Front Turn Signal: Bulb Replacement

Great Site - just found it.

Question: Although I have changed my headlight bulbs and have changed all the rear bulbs I can not find how to gain access to the front turn signal bulbs.

I removed the small phillips screw that attaches to the headlight's plastic frame (on top - plain view) and although it gets the assembly to wiggle it does not seem to want to slip out. There is a round cut out in the inside fender sheet metal but, I would need to hire a local 4 year old to get their hand in there. Short of removing the battery and or the air cleaner I do not see an obvious way to gain access.

What am I missing?

All help appreciated.

There is a compression fittting on the assembly. You will kind of need to pry the signal assembly out carefully

Are you talking about the turn signals or corner lights since it seems you are still up by th battery and the turn signals are in the bumper and you access those from under and behind the signals.

Corner lights are removed by pushing or pulling them forward and removing the whole corner light after removing the phillips screw on top.

Yes, the corner light/marker light. Was worried that murphing on it would break it. I will post my results. Thanks, again.

I just replaced my corner light bulb in the parking lot at Oriely's. Just take out the one screw and wiggle it a bit while you pull on it.

Accomplished

Evidentially that 12v bulb is very popular. Third store had it - #2825. Yes, a little wiggling is all it took. Thanks to all!
