Under 250K? That's nothing, not even worth posting, we all know these things can go 500K.

When I bought mine from a Dealer in Akron Ohio this past August. They took a trade in on a 97 4runner with around 776000 miles on it. Original motor and transmission were still in it. I took a couple pictures, let me see if I can find them.

I'm at 243,390 as of right now. But Bob in Texas is right around 750,000 on his '99 with original motor & trans.

Man, I thought 230k on mine was a bunch, but it's just getting broken in.

I have to roll my eyes when i hear people talking about mileage on vehicles and they talk as though 100k is the life end of a car. I'm like "190k and still breaking her in."

All these "Just breaking her in" posts assume you won't have a major failure like an LBJ dropping your front end out or a head gasket failure like we have seen many members post recently with < 300k miles

Should never have an LBJ failure if you're maintaining the truck properly. They're wear items, it's up to the owner to change them before the failure.
