33's fit under 3inch lift?

i just got a 3inch toytec lift (ome coils in the back spacers up front) and 285/75/16 cooper stt's. on the cooper website they say the 285/75/16 measure out to be 33.1 inches. do i need a body lift or can i just trim the plastic to make them not rub at full lock. rim size is 16x8 if that helps at all.

comments appreciated!
