I don't believe that there are any factory Toyota wheels that are the same as a 3rd gen runner. There are, of course, a few different wheel choices within the 96-02 body style. The current body style 4Runner and Tacoma wheels have more backspacing, the previous model Tundra/Sequoia wheel has more backspacing... and then of course that went to that big stupid 5 lug after that.
