Lightbulb Clear Third(3rd) Brake Light and Hood Scoop

I got my clear Third(3rd) brake light and universal hood scoop in today. I ordered them on Christmas eve and I just got it today lol.
http://memimage.cardomain.com/ride_i...0195_large.jpg

I installed the brake light, it was real easy to do, the factory one popped right out after I removed the screws and I used end caps to splice the wires, then I taped over the wiring.

Clear Rear

Brake lights Lit

I need some opinions on my hood scoop, I bought it because my 4Runner did not come w/the hood scoop, I will have it painted body color, and try to have it molded onto the hood.
Position 1

Position 2

Position 3 (I really like this one)

the light looks ok, I don't like the hood scoop at all though, stock ones are nice

While the light helps with the look, the scoop is too small. Painting to match will make it look smaller still.

You asked.

light looks really good. as for the scoop not a big fan. but pic 1 is best out of all 3. maybe if it were molded it would look better.

The third brake light looks good. I'm not to fond of the hood scoop.

getting no love on that scoop! I think it'll look great once its painted and molded on. I dont think its all that much smaller than the regular one... maybe its just me. I think the fact that it is not the same color as the body, and not molded in, is throwing people off.

oh yeah, and my vote is position 1.

3 is different and i kinda like it.

The clear 3rd brake light looks good. It really cleans up the rear of your 4runner.

The hood scoop does seem a little small, but I think it has the potential to look good it is molded and painted well. How much are they charging you to do that?

I think I like position one the best, but positon three is the most unique.
