Condensation on passenger floor

Okay so we finally got some rain after three weeks of dry weather and i had forgotten about the condensation/water spot that occurs about smack dab in the middle of the passenger floor board its about 12"x12". i didnt leave any windows open nor did i have any passengers so its a mystery to me. if i could get any help that would be awesome so i can curtail any future damage to the carpet. thanks in advance.

I had the same problem except on the drivers side. My firewall grometts were leaky so i resealed them then poured water pn them to make sure that i had sealed them

I too had the same problem on my driver side but it was coming from (this is weird) the drain out plugs in the floor. You'll have to pull up the carpet to check this plug. I used used some of that rubber weather striping used for house doors and ive never seen water since.

mine did the same thing for about a week after swapping out my stock antenna for a diff. setup. Finally figured it out by running a water hose at the bottom of windshield and it was the rubber firewall grommet. Put some silicone on the inside and outside and no more wet stinky carpet

** what it was doing was running down the antenna and drops were hanging on to the antenna cable itself and slow but steadily making its way inside my truck
