I have seen them on a Runner with those on and they look pretty good. Now for the shock question, the answer is yes since you are adding height to the vehicle you would need a longer shock.

personally i am not a fan of those flat wheels. The only Toyota wheels id do are the sequoia ones. It's all about what you want though, that's a decent price so long as it doesn't go up too high and shipping is reasonable.
