I would pay 11K for that.

its for my brother's wifes best friend and her husband, and there at my house a lot so it'd be cool to have another member of my family (pretty much a member) with a 4runner.

Looks like a good deal, but there was no e-locker option for 01's. What they're talking about is a CDL (Center Diff Lock).

It is NOT a locker. All it does is lock the center diff. You will still have open diffs on both ends.

A center differential lock with ATRAC (2001 and 2002 4Runners) is actually fairly capable if used correctly. I hate when people (not saying you, just saying in general) shun the capability of center locking 4Runners. So what if it doesn't have the 'coveted' rear locker?
Good flexibility between on and offroad capability (since you can have full time AWD if you want) makes the later 3rd generation models a good bet. Unless they will be primarily using it for offroading and/or they REALLY REALLY want a rear locker, then 11k for that 2001 is a great deal.

That shouldn't deter you from buying one. All I was trying to get across is that you shouldn't confuse a CDL vs. a locker.
