spent most of the day out there, did the Bronco Peak trail among others. Lets just say that my sliders where used to their fullest extent today haha...
I was also very pleased with my new homemade front bumper as this was its first field test. The approach angles I now have available to me are awesome and I can get up much steeper rocks. I made it out of 2x2 by 3/16th inch square tube steel, some 1/8th inch steel sheet plates, and my handy dandy reciprocating saw and arc welder and topped it off with a coat of herculiner

who said 891s don't flex?

thanks for the responses. I'm satisfied with my bumper, its not perfect and a little off center but decent enough being my first semi complex build other then my sliders. Its completely bolt on as well so I can revert back to stock bumper when I want to. Don't think I will anytime soon though. total cost for the metal and various materials was about $200. I loosely based it off of this guys bumper build: http://yotatech.com/f88/3rd-gen-4run...-build-122252/
