Looking for my first T4R. Price/Mileage Averages??

Recently sold my truck and am in the market for a 3rd Gen T4R. I have been watching craigslist and all surrounding cities, and have been looking within 200 miles or so on Autotrader.com. It has been hard to find very many 3rd gen T4R's if any, but came across this one and am wanting your opinion. Most trucks I find, have anywhere from 140,000 to 200,000 miles on them. Is this an ok deal, and what shoud I ask about maintenance wise, or what will I need to do myself when I pick one up with over 130,000 miles.
1996 4Runner, Limited, 4WD
v6, auto, 135,000 miles. Owner description -
This is a very clean and fully loaded SUV that looks and runs great. I am the second owner as this vehicle only had two owners; I bought the vehicle with 82K miles during summer of 07 (miles I incurred were highway miles). I have been using high mileage oil every 3,000 miles. The motor runs smooth and solid with ice cold AC. This is a non smoker SUV. If you have any questions please feel free to call. I installed/performed the following after I purchased the vehicle: Remote starter ($200 with alarm system) Alarm system Front guard grill ($400 with installation) Anti-rust solution for underbody ($200) New starter (winter of 08) New battery (winter of 08) Front breaks including rotors (5/30/09) Front and rear shocks (5/30/09) Tune up - spark plugs and wire (5/30/09) Fully inspected at Rinke Toyota (3/12/08) Changed transmission and coolant fluid (8/18/09) Balanced and rotated tires (8/6/09)

Price is $5,500. Any comments would be appreciated.

The price seems okay, but it also depends on your location. I would have a good look at it too, (in pictures or in person). Take a look at its records to make sure that it hasn't been in any major accidents. If it seems to be in good condition, I would say that it seems like a good deal.

Thanks for the info. What maintenance do you usually run into on these trucks from 130,000 to 200,000?

Umm.. Not quite sure..

I recently bought my 4runner with 195k miles and decided to change every fluid I could. I did the following..

PCV Valve 5$
Fuel Filter 20$
Air Filter K&N 60$
Belts 45 [got the good ones]
Replaced Compressor 60$ [vac and charge cost me 150 but I won't include the compressor as mine was just locked up]
Mobile 1 Oil and Filter Synthetic 5W-30 35$
Differential Oil [I think it took 7 quarts for diff and transfercase] 40$
Radiator Flush 15$?
Transmission Filter and Fluid [Mobile 1 synth] and Lucas Tranny repair 80$
Grease all zerks [Mobile One Synth Grease 6$ Grease Gun 20$

So total not including Compressor I spent 325$ and learned alot about mechanics...... and sleep deprevation.

All I have left to do is change battery, powersteering fluid and brake fluid.

I would think it's been done but I don't see anything about the timing belt being replaced. If it hasn't, it's a bit overdue.
