Will the 4th gen seats fit 3rd gen 4runner?

Hello all,
I try searching for some information on 4th gen seats in 3rd gen, found nothing.
I was wondering if anyone in here installed 4th gen 4runner seats in the 3rd gen chassis?
I am picking up my 4runner tomorrow and the interior is pretty much done, and there is a set of 4th gen that is for sale locally.

Thanks

The answer is yes and no. You can make them fit with some modification. aka, drill into the floor. But no, they will not fit as a direct swap.

Don't know. I ended up just getting some 3rd gen seats from the junk yard.
