New exhaust system (pic heavy)

Well i finally got everything together and now can replace my broken, rusted out, bad cat, bad sensor, exhaust. gotta love New England weather. I will be replacing it with a brand new system. Every piece will be new. Installed by retired Toyota head foreman who specialized it 4runners and Tacoma's. So if any of you are in RI I have the guy to go to. New Parts include the fallowing

Jardine cat back-surface treated and painted with VHT high heat ceramic paint.
Two Catco cats- surface treated painted with VHT High heat ceramic paint.
TRD headers- ceramic coated ( performance coatings ) Satin black High Heat (2000 degrees)
One Denso afr sensor
One Denso oxygen sensor
and a huge bag of gaskets nuts bolts springs.

JAC if I were going to use a paint "rattle can" I would go with VHT hands down. Rattle can paint has come a long long way since its beginning.VHT is probably the best out there. Also your paint will only go as far as your prep work. certain colors hold up better than others I just went with the satin because i like that shade and texture and its heat resistant capability's. If you wanted to paint your exhaust tip you will have to sand down the chrome first so the paint has something to hold onto. second get a good alcohol grease remover and dip the exhaust tip into the cleaner and then use a rag to clean and dry it. make sure you have gloves on do not get your hands on anything you plan on painting. total price for everything was 1500 give or take. not bad. some guy wants to by the cats for 200. so the rice as is 1300 give 0r take. The dealer ship wanted 2400 just for the cats.

that is a sick ass system, let us know how it sounds when you have it installed. Denso o2 sensors ftw.

PLEASE let me know how the catco cat works out for you. I am in the same boat (except I only have one cat) and i'm leery of non-oem stuff, but won't pay 1400 bucks for a toyota oem cat, PLUS all the mufflers components. oh, and where did you get the catco from?

thanks!

the cats only came with gaskets and government registration forms. I will buy some stainless steel bolts and maybe some extra gaskets and cooper gasket sealer to make sure there are no leaks anywhere.
